1. Information You May Store in MendTrail

MendTrail lets you enter information about your body, symptoms, recovery, and rehabilitation progress. This may include:

• Profile information, such as name, height, weight, gender, or date of birth if you choose to enter it.
• Tracking sessions for injuries, conditions, or recovery goals.
• Body regions, discomfort intensity, symptom qualities, activity context, optional exercises, and notes.
• Local reminder notification preferences.
• Local reset state and app settings.

2. How MendTrail Stores Information

MendTrail currently stores health, profile, session, log, exercise, notification preference, and reset-state data locally on your device. The current version does not have user accounts, a backend server, cloud sync, analytics, ads, crash reporting, third-party AI processing, or data monetization.

MendTrail may use Apple system frameworks and device storage to provide app features. Device operating systems may handle backups, permissions, sharing, and storage in ways controlled by your device settings.

3. No Sale or Monetization of User Data

MendTrail currently does not sell, rent, share, or monetize your personal information, health information, profile information, or tracking logs with advertisers or data brokers.

4. How MendTrail Uses Information

MendTrail uses locally stored information to provide app features, including creating tracking sessions, saving symptom logs, showing trends or recent focus areas, generating PDF reports, and scheduling optional local reminders.

5. PDF Exports and Sharing

MendTrail may let you export a PDF report containing information you choose to include. PDF exports are shared through your device share sheet or saved where you choose. After export, you control where the PDF goes, and MendTrail cannot control how recipients, cloud providers, apps, or other destinations store, use, or share that PDF.

6. Resetting or Deleting Local Data

You can reset local MendTrail data in Settings if that feature is available in your installed version. Deleting the app may also delete locally stored data, subject to device behavior, operating system settings, and backups. Exported PDFs may remain wherever you saved or shared them.

7. Notifications

MendTrail may ask permission to send local reminder notifications. If enabled, reminders are scheduled on your device. MendTrail currently does not use push notification servers to send your health, profile, or log data to HustleHubLLC.

8. Future Services

If HustleHubLLC later adds analytics, crash reporting, cloud sync, accounts, payment processing, AI processing, or other third-party services to MendTrail, this Privacy Policy should be updated before those services are enabled.

9. Children

MendTrail is not intended for children under 13, or under the minimum age required by applicable law in your location. If you are under the age of majority, use MendTrail only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

10. Medical Disclaimer

MendTrail is a personal tracking and informational tool. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, injury, condition, symptom, or medical issue. Always consult a qualified clinician for medical questions, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, rehabilitation advice, or emergency care.
