These Terms of Service govern your use of MendTrail, a local-first app from HustleHubLLC for tracking and organizing personal recovery and discomfort information.
MendTrail helps users track physical discomfort, recovery symptoms, rehabilitation progress, body regions, discomfort intensity, symptom qualities, activity context, optional exercises, notes, and related information. MendTrail may also let users export PDF reports to share outside the app.
MendTrail is provided for personal tracking and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, a medical device, or a substitute for professional medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, rehabilitation advice, or emergency care.
Always consult a qualified clinician for diagnosis, treatment, medical decisions, and care planning. Do not use MendTrail for emergencies.
You are responsible for the information you enter into MendTrail and for how you use that information. You should not rely on MendTrail as your only record of important health information.
MendTrail may allow you to generate and export PDF reports. You are responsible for deciding what information to include and who to share it with. After you export or share a report, HustleHubLLC is not responsible for how recipients, apps, cloud providers, or other destinations use, store, disclose, or protect that report.
MendTrail currently stores app data locally on your device and currently has no user accounts, backend server, cloud sync, analytics, ads, crash reporting, third-party AI processing, or data monetization. Deleting the app or resetting local data may delete your local MendTrail data, subject to device settings, operating system behavior, and backups.
You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse MendTrail except where allowed by law. You also agree not to use MendTrail to violate laws or the rights of others, or to misrepresent MendTrail output as a medical diagnosis or treatment plan.
If you download MendTrail through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app marketplace, your use of MendTrail may also be subject to that marketplace's terms, rules, and policies.
MendTrail is provided "as is" and "as available." HustleHubLLC does not guarantee that MendTrail will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, complete, or suitable for your particular health, fitness, rehabilitation, or medical needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HustleHubLLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, medical decisions, or health-related outcomes arising from or related to your use of MendTrail. Exact legal and business details should be finalized with counsel.
HustleHubLLC may update these Terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue MendTrail or any feature at any time. Continued use of MendTrail after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
