Key features

Structured enough to be useful, simple enough to keep using.

Record one or more areas where discomfort is present so each entry has clear physical context.

I

Intensity and qualities

Capture discomfort intensity and symptom qualities in a consistent structure over time.

A

Activity and exercises

Add activity context, optional exercises, and notes so patterns are easier to review later.

Privacy-first

Local-first for the current version.

MendTrail currently has no user accounts, no backend server, no cloud sync, no analytics, no ads, no crash reporting, and no third-party AI processing.

Data stays on your device

Health, profile, session, log, exercise, reminder, and reset-state data is stored locally in the app.

User-controlled reset

Users can reset local data in Settings. Deleting the app may also delete locally stored data depending on device behavior and backups.

Reports

Exportable summaries for care conversations.

MendTrail can generate a PDF report from the information the user chooses to include. The user controls where that PDF is saved or shared through the device share sheet.

P

For physical therapy visits

Bring a cleaner summary of recent symptoms, body regions, activities, and notes to appointments.

C

For personal recovery tracking

Organize repeated observations so progress and setbacks are easier to remember.
